Cooking classes are hosted by other celebrity chefs and by the dynamic chef Jean-Claude de Toulouse who is willing to share his most popular dishes from across the globe.
The school is about exploring a new and innovative style of cooking. Jean-Claude’s cuisine is about learning the simplicity of combining flavours from ancient and modern recipes without compromising the essence of the dish. Jean-Claude has chosen the location of the Adelaide Central Market to inspire your cooking creation. Join us for a couple of hours or a series of cooking sessions.
Jean-Claude’s passion for food also inspired him to learn various languages and now through Explore Culture offers French, Spanish, Italian, Japanese, Indonesian, Arabic and English tutorials. Whether you are a beginner, intermediate or at an advanced level you are welcome to come and have a chat whilst enjoying a coffee or a tea at the Adelaide Central Market.
Organise Your Own Cooking Class
Minimum six persons required and you will have the option to choose the date and
time for your group cooking class.
Book a class for 10 persons and receive the 11th person free of charge.

Hygiene In The Kitchen Course
HGT (Hospitality Group Training) in conjunction with Explore Culture present a national
accredited course aimed at improving hygiene in the kitchen.
The course is 4 hours duration and is aimed at people who work with food to highlight
the importance of hygiene and food poisoning reduction.
First Year Celebration of our Cooking School
Cooking demonstration by Jean–Claude de Toulouse will be held at the ground floor
stage area at Adelaide Central Market on Friday 16 July 2010 commencing at 11.30am.
