Explore Culture formally known as Tutors on the Move has grown tremendously since its debut in May 2001.  From humble beginnings in teaching languages, Jean-Claude has advanced to not only creating quality products like Golden Dukkah, Bal-Zaatar but also the successful author of  "Legendary Cuisine".

 

Jean-Claude de Toulouse, director of Explore Culture is an international chef who has spent many years travelling the world experiencing the culinary delights of Asia, Africa, Europe, America, the Pacific and Australia.

 

Since settling in Australia, he’s been involved in “Tasting Australia” an ongoing, public presentation of international cuisine in the Adelaide Central Market, the heart of Adelaide, South Australia. He has also been invited to many functions to perform his cooking demonstrations. Fuelled by unlimited imagination as well as great sense of humour, fun and knowledge, he presents his delicious gourmet creations, which mesmerise the eyes, minds and tastebuds of his audiences.
