Jean-Claude has been invited to participate in the annual Clare Valley Cuisine Gourmet Market on the 15th. He will be giving live cooking demonstrations using the regions wonderful produce at 10am and 11:45am. This market is at Ennis Park in Clare (next to the town hall).
