
Cooking demonstration every fortnight by Jean–Claude de Toulouse will be held at the ground floor stage area at Adelaide Central Market commencing on Friday 23 July 2010 at 11.30am.
This demonstration is being held to celebrate one year of Explore Culture and to thank the Market traders for their warm welcome.
From 23 July 2010 every fortnight Jean-Claude will be staging cooking demonstrations using fresh produce from Central Market showing the public how they can save and shop on a budget of $60 to entertain 15 – 20 people.
These events are to encourage more people to shop at Central Market and to educate them about healthy eating by using fresh ingredients.
