For a quick nutritious meal, the zesty, nutty flavour of our Golden Dukkah makes a delicious coating for fish or chicken. Mix olive oil and crushed garlic, spread over chicken or fish and top with Dukkah. Bake in the oven. Fantastic as a dip served with wholemeal bread and olive oil.

Bal-Zaatar is used as a seasoning for meats and vegetables. It can be mixed with olive oil to make a spread.  Bal-Zaatar can also be spread on a dough base and baked as bread. Fantastic as a dip served with wholemeal bread and olive oil.

 

It is believed that this particular mixture makes the mind alert and opens ones appetite.  Ideal to be served as a wrap before a meal spread onto mountain bread with cucumber.
